Threshing

Oldtime threshing scenes are relived powered by gas tractors & steam traction engines.  From field to the table; the wheat is cut with a binder, threshed with a steam engine, ground into flour, and baked in dutch ovens to produce bread.  All on the same day.

sawmill

Experience first hand how lumber was processed 100 years ago from a working sawmill powered by a steam engine.  Also includes planing, shingle cutting, cut off saw and more.

Good eats
